Attendance & Supervision
Mini Bikers Balanceability courses require that parents or legal guardians remain present at all times throughout the training sessions.
Clothing & Footwear
Please ensure that your child arrives wearing suitable, comfortable footwear and appropriate clothing for active cycling.
Safety Helmets
It is compulsory for all participating children to wear a properly fitted cycling helmet during sessions. Certified helmets are provided by Mini Bikers as part of the course.
Level Two Pedal Bikes
When children are asked to bring their own pedal bikes for the Level Two course, it is the sole responsibility of the parent or carer to ensure that the pedal bike is of a suitable size and safe to ride.
Bookings & Payments
A course place is only secured upon receipt of full payment.
Cancellations & Refunds
- If you cancel your booking at least two weeks before the course start date, your payment will be refunded minus a 2.5% plus admin fee.
- If cancellations are made within the two-week limit, no refund can be issued. However, an alternative course start date can be arranged.
Session Cancellations by Mini Bikers
In the rare event that we have to cancel a session or sessions, only alternative venues and dates will be offered to compensate. No cash refunds will be given.
Photography & Media Consent
Photographs may be taken during sessions for use on our social media platforms and website. If you wish to opt out, please notify us by email at info@minibikers.co.uk before the course commences. Unless we receive this request in writing, we retain the right to use session images for our promotional and social media campaigns. Under no circumstances will images be shared with third-party commercial companies.
Equipment Adjustments & Liability
You provide full permission for the instructor to make minor adjustments to your child’s bike during training sessions to assist with their comfort and riding posture. We accept no liability arising from the use of our equipment (all bikes and gear are regularly inspected and serviced by a qualified cycle mechanic) or from children using their own pedal bikes.
